This company is a disgrace and should not be trusted with anyone’s health. My mother was supposed to receive an oxygen machine for her severe migraines. They failed to deliver it on time despite multiple promises, which directly contributed to her condition worsening and ultimately turning into a case of severe pneumonia that required hospitalization. I was excited to receive the call within hours after my doctor recommended a medical device for my use. Rep did everything and I submitted the paperwork as required and I asked if the item could be shipped or delivered so she put the request to have it shipped to my home. Apria Healthcare is an absolute horrible. Their customer service is beyond incompetent—rude, unhelpful, and incapable of providing basic information. They relentlessly harass patients over so-called ‘unpaid bills’ yet fail to provide a single shred of detail or clarity. The entire operation feels like a predatory scam, and no one should trust them with their healthcare needs.
