Apria is ABSOLUTELY the worst company to receive equipment (any type of equipment) from. They’re the ABSOLUTELY worst company to work for. The manager keeps all the bonuses and money to herself. They are very very unorganized and unprofessional. They LIE! Their cheap. They refurbish the same equipment they gave to other ppl. So you’re not getting new machines. They don’t pay nobody. I am still waiting for my CPAP Machine I ordered few weeks ago . Although my insurance has paid for it , it has Not yet been delivered . Their process is very slow but very fast in debiting your account . Nobody informs you of why your account is being debited . Not really customer friendly .
I was encouraged to make sure the straps were properly fitted to avoid leakage. I hope it works throughout the night.
I've had a bad customer service experience, with not getting calls back when I was told i would get them (once it took me over a week to talk to a representative, and that was only when I made a fourth call myself - i was never called back), and with being told four different amounts by four different people (and getting three different invoices) for how much I would actually owe for my machine. There really seems to be no cohesive management to the customer service side of this organization.
