I almost never leave reviews but here we go. Had a CPAP machine from Apria for a few months, suddenly they contacted me to say my insurance isnt in network. Called my insurance company who tells me they are in network as they've been paying them for it for months. Customer service rep tells me they've been out of contract for a long time, which is either a lie or Apria is completely incompetent. On top of that i could barely understand them. Equipment rented was defective - it just may not have been checked before being given out - experiencing difficulties with replacement/ fix
I looked. 1 star means hated it. Apria is a terrible company. I've had problems with the financial department as well as customer service. Hold times are ridiculously long. My c-pap was dying. My insurance providers had definitely sent my prescription. Too bad for me that some ignorant employee flagged my script and stopped it from being filled. I called several times begging Apria to double check. All the reps kept saying there was no script for a new machine. My doctors said there was. Back and forth it went. For days. Aft... read more
Can’t understand the people calling me. I understood one thing and they said something different. Bad communications..
Update: Went to my local location and the manager, Chloe, was kind and attentive to my concerns. She was willing to investigate the issue and helped me get my device. I am awaiting more information from her to finish the process, but I appreciated her level of care so far about the current issue. Thank you, Chloe. Once I spoke to people in the flesh, everyone in the office was nice and attentive. Zero stars if possible. I was prescribed oxygen and cannot get anyone on the phone to deliver it.
