Husband's Assisted Servo Ventilation machine was diagnosed March 4 as motor broken must be replaced. New order forwarded on March 5th. Machine still not delivered as of yet. Numerous calls made with no help from management. This was before all the COVID issues. Customer service has been horrible using excuses of new management, lack of in house support.
