We received this machine in the hospital the day my husband was going to be discharged from bypass surgery. It was well explained to us by a representative of this company how it worked at the hospital. So far we have been very happy with the service. I believe from reading all the negative reviews, this process of paperwork should be done by the facility or doctor to elevate any hassles with this machine. We have had it about a month so far.
