Awful… They ship stuff to me without ever having talked to me. I call and can’t talk to a specialist and they tell me that someone will call me. No one ever does. I feel sorry for the older generations who aren’t as tech savvy and young as I am and are having to deal with this company. Kaiser needs to choose another services for their CPAP members.
I received a cane for standing not for walking. I may not of express myself well to the doctor to get the right cane.
If you have any other choices DO NOT use this company. I am about to file a complaint with better business bureau. A malfunctioning text not sent me supplies I did not order. They came and picked up the supplies. They have been billing me for the supplies ever since. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service. Each time they say that they have fixed the problem, then 2 week later the calls and texts start back up again. I am done!
