This company is terrible to deal with the billing department as well as taking almost 2 months to pickup equipment. You can pull teeth faster than their willingness to give you a refund. Billing staff and customer service are not pleasent
After a bad start with Apria, I'm assuming due to staffing shortages, their service has improved 100%. They are always on time, always friendly, and always have what I need! Faulty equipment has been replaced in a timely manner and without any drama at all. Good folks.
Horrible delivery services don't come on the day they scheduled. Asked Customer service agent her name and she hung on me
James was absolutely terrific! The order seemed incomplete. James took initiative to call his supervisor and make sure we got everything my son needed for his oxygen set up all in one visit. Then, he allowed me to video the set up and operation so I was sure not to miss any instructions. Thank you, James, for being amazing!!! The treatment worked and it is because of you!
