One star because you can't give them ZERO! Find a better health equipment provider, these people absolutely DO NOT CARE about YOU! I was prescribed an oxygen generator and a CPAP machine 4 weeks ago. They called me to set up a delivery day 3 weeks ago. I was there all day, no show, no calls. I called them the following day and they had no excuses, just didn't show and didn't care. Well it took many days with lots of cancellations to get it . When I finally got it. It's very fragile and will not lock. I called and expressed this to customer service and have not heard back from them. I am very disappointed
Sales rep wasnt helpful. They dont have an online ordering system or reordering system. Agent places more items on my order list then I asked for. They shipped the items without me signing. I called to get them fixed and the agent wasnt sure if they could. Obviously the agents are on commission. When I asked sales agents questions they brushed over them to move me on and order.
