If I could give below I could. These people don't understand anything. Sad to deal with this company. I need a cane which is not bulky. I went there and the lady told me look at some particular website and ask my Dr. To order that one. I did. Now already call twice today. One lady did not know what I was saying I repeated 6 times, she did not know nothing. Sad very sad.
Came to drop off a wheelchair because I was informed I needed to bring the wheel chair back so I came to return the wheel chair after use and there's a sign to call so I called the number and no answer so I approached the warehouse and seen a worker and said I called the number and there was no answer I just want to drop the wheelchair . The gentlemen grabs someone from the office and she says there on lunch from 12-1 it was 12:55 so I said ok I'll wait 5 mins . They tricked my parents into putting up a 'deposit' eventhough my insurance covered everything. Now they refuse to refund them. I wouldn't be surprised if they're stealing from your family too.
I didn’t have a problem, drove to the back of the building called the number on the sign waited a few minutes, they came out loaded my car and drove away. Thanks again
I pick up tanks for my Mom, always a good experience, the staff is polite and take care of business accordingly!
