My deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Apria Healthcare. My experience has been terrible. My CPAP machine was shipped to the wrong address and subsequently lost. I have made numerous attempts to contact the support team, but I keep getting the runaround with no resolution in sight. As someone who urgently needs a CPAP machine, this situation is unacceptable. Want to acknowledge Lamont. Twice he has delivered oxygen components. He stands out because of his genuine caring personality and uplifting smile. His ability to provide instructions clearly and his confidence he will take care of your needs. He followed through with his notes that made possible next day delivery! When people are at their worst due to health issues, this is such a relief! We think he has gone above and beyond and we can’t thank him enough!
Delivery if a NEBULIZER was given to my husband with the word's "You wife ordered this". My husband brought the package into the house and handed me a box with NO shipping label or form of information of who was supposed to to be the recipient. I knew it wasn't "me". I then made inquiries to several neighbors and they were NOT anticipating a NEBULIZER delivery either. If I could give below I could. These people don't understand anything. Sad to deal with this company. I need a cane which is not bulky. I went there and the lady told me look at some particular website and ask my Dr. To order that one. I did. Now already call twice today. One lady did not know what I was saying I repeated 6 times, she did not know nothing. Sad very sad.
