Totally inept billing operation, that is unless they normally double bill patients. Blue Cross processed their claim and they denied $95 of it. I have no idea what that was since Apria doesn't send itemized bills. Apria then sends me a bill for $200. WE have had a back and forth since June. I have had enough. I am switching DME providers.
Lied about billing, customer service is a joke! They wont live up to what initial person said, contract is deceptive. Stay away!
Terrible service. Have been given the runaround for 2 months to get cpap supplies. They ignored the doctor as well as insurance company. At least I know it’s not just patients they ignore
Horrible company!! Rip off! Don’t use!! Beware!
Poor customer service reps in the CPAP dept. Continued failures with my resupply orders, I will be contacting my doctor to switch me over to Bay Med. Horrible disrespectful representation from their employees.
