This address is a vacant office - and Apria is the sloppiest, shoddiest company to work with to try to get supplies shipped to one of the their offices or to a home address on a specific day. Find someone else to do business with
I needed a power supply cord for my Cpap ResMed S9 which I got from them. I called them for help and was pasted around to 4 different people before I was told they could have one for me within 5 to 7 business days. I told them that was too long to go without my machine and to just give me the part number and I'll get it on Amazon because they can get it next day. I had an appt between 7:30 & 9:30. It's now after noon . They called and they were at my previous address. I updated my address over a month ago and they d did not let the service center know Now Wirth the zip code change Peoria is going to be taking my Account. They can't comecome the until next week.
The Phoenix location, (16th St & E University) was a rather sterile environment. They had the necessary equipment ready for pickup but the explanation for use was rather rapid and sketchy. As there was a problem with the equipment an appointment was made for a return and new equipment. Date and time were set but we found out at a late date we couldn’t make the schedule.
