I don’t even know what to say about my experience with Apria. I’ve prepaid for supplies but they keep cancelling my order and telling me I didn’t pay. I’ve provided them proof and they’ve confirmed that they received the payments. Every day this week I have again received calls from them telling me they’ve cancelled my order, because I didn’t pay for it. Even today on the Fourth of July. The customer service is non existent. I had a really good experience with this company. They called me a day ahead and asked if I’d be home to deliver the next day. The customer service was great. They answered any and all questions I had and was very kind and professional. They also delivered my package in a timely manner as they said they would. The product itself works great as it’s supposed to and I got everything that I was supposed to get. I wouldn’t mind going through this company again and I’d recommend to others.
0.00% of my interactions have been positive. They ask me to drive to them to pick up my orders rather than having to ship it. They send me equipment I don't order, then try to charge me for it. They send equipment for the wrong machine. They instructed me on how to clean my equipment, only to find out from my doctor that the information was totally incorrect.
They don't communicate well with there customers.... they suck
