APRIA is as incompetent as Florida Blue Medicare! Apria does nothing to follow through. Apria chooses to take as long as possible to respond. By then weeks have passed! So as long as you really need NOTHING from Apria, Apria would be your first choice! If possile, I would only highligt one point of the five pointed stars used to rate.
5 Star experience. My doctor sent a prescription over. Got a call same day. Agent was super nice and pleasant and the product arrived quickly and exactly what I needed!
I had a pleasant experience with Apria, every time I called their office I was helped and delivery of my walker for my surgery was quick.
I have been trying to call the Daytona office to let them know I need a f20 small cushion in the red pack before my 30days are up from getting my new machine. I call and wait forever just to get through the customer service line for them to switch me to a different line. So I wait there for 30 mins and then I give up. I just had major surgery and I can’t stay on that phone waiting an hour to get nowhere. I look to see if I had a email but know. If I had a email that would be much easier.
