Apria Healthcare & their staff have immensely helped my sleep journey along with the staff from Snap Diagnostics & my ENT's Office. Diagnosing me with OSA @ a rate of 41.6 episodes per hr. Now I sleep restfully @ a rate under 5 episodes per hr. using the Resmed Airsense 11 Machine (autoset). They have come a long way with technology as I was tested 20+ years ago and was diagnosed with OSA but COULD NOT wear those combersome FACE MASK. Now it's easy & painless !! Thank You !!
Worst customer service ever. They are unprofessional and incompetent in processing Medicare claims. They do not respond to you or get back with information requested. Their bills do not itemize billed items. Their website is crap.
The customer service was fine depending on who you talk to. The first time I called, the person who answered the phone was very short and sounded like she was not happy to be answering phone calls. The other person who called me back to process the order my OB submitted was very nice and attentive. The breast pump I got wasn't the good quality/model. Just had the most awesome and detailed phone call with Melissa servicing the Daytona/Orlando/ Kissimmee area, she walked me through all of the steps to get my replacement CPAP machine and even called my insurance to find out what my options are after the rental is over. Could not have asked for a better rep, please keep her!
