Awesome, very helpful
If there was a choice I would have given -10 What a joke! Have been trying to replace my cpap that doesn't work for 6 weeks or more. Calling is a joke because no one answers the phone, I did get a person one time who then transfered me and I sat on hold again for a long time. Justbecause I am old doesn't mean I have unlimited time to hold on the phone. My machine has not worked more than 2 weeks before it stopped working completely. Zero contact, no initial meeting to set up cpap machine and try different masks. I walked in, was given the case with the machine and 3 nose pieces despite saying I needed a full mask. No preset air pressure per my prescription, just the machine set to factory settings. I called and left 3 messages, each promised would be returned in 3 hours. I was not contacted for 4 days.
It all depends on what you're looking for. If you want a place that won't answer the phone, gets your order wrong, can't find your records , takes an incredible amount of time to do the simplest things, and is in a very inconvenient location for people who need healthcare supplies then you have found your place
My wife had to wait 2 days without oxygen because Noone was available to answer the phones or return call
