I have been here two times now trying to pick up an order. The door is continually locked then you have to get on the phone with a representative and wait 7 to 10 minutes. The same guy Christian will come out and say oh we're having problems with the door again and puts a piece of Kleenex in it. Then he looks at me like I've got 10 eyes and doesn't ask how he can help me or why I'm here. UNCARING bunch of people! on April 8th came home after discharged from hospital after having heart attack my O2 concentrater not working, unable to make contact with them it's after hours so I sleep with my portable all night. called 8:10 am told this woman my dilemma. called back approximately 11.00 and was told my delivery would be between 2 & 6 pm she listened and got a delivery at 1:10pm the tech set my concentrator up, little did I know this concentrator will Not go pass 3L/min so now I'm confined to my bed I'm usually ... read more

Lori, Malachi and Eli were professional, empathetic, anticipatory of any possible problems, and their rectification that might be experienced by my brother in his discharge home, under the care of his sisters who had no experience using oxygen products. Apria Healthcare & their staff have immensely helped my sleep journey along with the staff from Snap Diagnostics & my ENT's Office. Diagnosing me with OSA @ a rate of 41.6 episodes per hr. Now I sleep restfully @ a rate under 5 episodes per hr. using the Resmed Airsense 11 Machine (autoset). They have come a long way with technology as I was tested 20+ years ago and was diagnosed with OSA but COULD NOT wear those combersome FACE MASK. Now it's easy & painless !! Thank You !!
