They are the worst ever at customer service
Consistently setting records as the worst customer service in history. Welcome to health care in America as this is the only place covered by my insurance. Somehow Apria manages to be worse than socialized medicine and yet have no advantages of the free marketplace. They are truly the embodiment of corporate cronyism with zero accountability.
