When I got my cpap machine I had to go thru apria. The RP didn't fit me properly for the mask and since Iam a side sleeper the maak kept moving causing it to leak. I found a mask that was made for side sleepers and it works perfectly. The person at the apria facility near my home has worked with me for a comtortable fit. I had such a hard time getting information from the rep when I called the only number listed. They didn't know the answers to most of my questions about breast pumps, and their phone kept on cutting out. Frustrating. I'm going to go with the other place I called for sure.
