Apria healthcare is awful to deal with if you have a billing problem!
I recently contacted the local Apria office and talked with a man who seemed really nice and was easy to talk to. I told him about the two issues I needed help with and he took down all my information. I waited a week and then called him again since I had not heard back from him. I then had to explain what I needed all over again and also had to give him all my contact information again because he couldn't find it from the last call. Absolutely the worst people/company ever!!! After 13 months you own the wound pump machine and they refuse to send him any supplies!!! We have gotten absolutely no where with these people. They are the worst ever and will not help us at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!!
