Excellent customer service
Enjoyed the experience after trying to deal with the competitors in Yuma. I do question the phone answering service though. After repeated attempts to just get a call into the office for a fitting, it takes forever and I hang up before completion. I actually end up just stopping in, it is that annoying.
Horrible customer service. Took two weeks of meaningless, unproductive phone calls and still never received my equipment. Last phone call I waited on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up and decided to use a local company.
The worst. What a bunch of incompetent liars. Looking at filing a class action law suit against them.
More concerned about getting your credit card info than what they can do to help. Would give lower rating if possible
