Horrible company! Have been stuck for several weeks waiting for a supply order that isn’t coming because of a problem with the 90 day report. My doctor said they sent it twice and I printed it off and handed it to a person at the local office. Calling Customer Service just has them repeat that they don’t have it and to call my doctor. Now the original order is no longer there. I am considering packing the machine up and moving on, even though it works for me.
Wrong item was ordered but customer service was GREAT. Highly recommend. Very helpful, fast and efficient at fixing the problem and getting it right.
Apria has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Among my complaints: 1) It is a laborious process to get them to provide a receipt. There is a number to call. The first screener asks a number of verification questions, then passes you off to billing. Billing repeats the process with the same verification questions. If they understand the request, they don't actually have a receipt document they can send. I need a receipt monthly. Worst company i have th with i was having problems with my mask seal so wanted to try a full face was told I had to wait til I reorder supplies then order it so I would be stuck with how many of them if I didnt like it until I reorder again dumbest thing I ever heard of unless I wanted to pay for it or of pocket. Second they hassle me about a bill my insurance paid a year ago had proof but still call had my insurance call they she said they hung up on her 3 times and how much I owe changed 3 times over the phone her math did... read more
