I had the unfortunate luck to be assigned Apria as my medical supplier and have had nothing but horrible experiences ever since. They regularly try to swindle me by billing me for equipment I didn't order and they never sent and then, when I call to try and resolve the issue, I spend a minimum 90mins on hold only to be round robin-ed by their employees who've clearly received zero training on their products and procedures. Have billed me several times after returning the equipment. Once I thought it was taken care of and final bill paid. A year later I get 3 letters same day in the mail saying I was sent to collections. No billing no communication. A year later i am still dealing with this what should have been done and taken care of! watch out!!!!

Worst company ever dont go here thier communication is non existent all they text is when they want something money ect never anything going on with you or your case please

You rent a CPAP machine from them for 11 months you change insurances so now nothing counts. You have to start over and pay for it again for 13 months. It’s a scam stay away go somewhere else.
