You rent a CPAP machine from them for 11 months you change insurances so now nothing counts. You have to start over and pay for it again for 13 months. It’s a scam stay away go somewhere else.
This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I would give them zero stars if possible! They don't give you the information you need to pay bills and then they send you to collections. I have NEVER been sent to collections in my life. They don't listen to you when you ask for things they just ignore you. It is the single worst customer experience in my life. If I could return my equipment and go with another company I would. STAY FAR AWAY FROM APRIA IF YOU CAN!!!!. I would have if I new this information.
My husband takes all of his breathing meds via nebulizer and it stopped working today. No one is able to bring out a replacement nebulizer for 3 days so I had to go to Lenexa, KS (35 miles away) to pick it up today. At least they were open today (it's a holiday).
All of the equipment and medicine showed up in a very timely matter. Luckily my daughter was here to help me put everything together and use it for the first time. It really helped me out feel so much better.
