personel were helpful in guiding me in the process of learning the CPAP machine and it usage.
Worst, traumatic experience my Family had ever experienced. My 7yr. Old daughter was "flashed" by a transgender girl in the Bathroom at there facility!!!!! Staff treated the incident as no big deal!! The " flasher" was the office managers teenager. Filed a report. Doubtful anyone cares. Please don't go there!
Poor. Not helpful at all when trying to get help with a new nonmagnetic face mask to use with a person with a pacemaker. Most People we spoke to were foreign and hard to understand. The only one we talked to that spoke good English send up to a different department and had to go through all the press this and that stuff and got another one who spoke fast and could not understand half of what she said.
