Replacing a CPAP through the Duncan facility was so painful, I finally went with someone else. Apria told me I had to replace my machine because the supplies were no longer in stock. Learned this was not true. The technician was not thorough with me and appeared inexperienced. Apria shipped me a mask, but no machine. When I called to inquire, they seemed confused and then said they would ship me a machine right away, but it was not a ResMed brand which we had agreed upon. The customer service client was very polite. The shipment was very quick too. Why the 3 stars is that they only had two models for me to choose from. I travel every week and was wanting something smaller and they don’t seem to have anything else to consider.
Was required to go through Apria for my first CPAP. Finally had time as a busy mother of a young child to get it set up and figure it out and when I was able to call about it blowing air into my face all night due to a poor fit they said I’m outside of the 30 day return window. That’s it. I was not offered any solutions, just too bad, and we’ll send you to billing to order more of the same face mask.
