Arrived at office late due to building being behind lots of other industrial buildings. Was sick with bronchitis. Representative was very non caring and asked me why my lips were so dry with obvious disgust. She fitted me with the biggest mask they had When I contacted the company they changed my mask. Then when I saw her again because I couldn't remember much of what was said the first time ( as I was sick)she was upset I had changed masks & treated me like a disobedient child.
