I have been using Apria healthcare for my C-Pap supplies more than 15+ years. In the past, theyvwere fantastic! In the past 2+ years I have been having issues with billing requiring numerous phone calls between myself, Apria and my Healthcare. My healthcare covers only so many nasal pillows per order. Apria continually sends more than the allowed amount, which insurance will not cover. The nurse's that are there are really friendly an take there time to show u how there machine works if ur in need of one.i would refer any of my friends there.
Worked with Megan on August 5 during the class when I got my machine & she was wonderful as she went through all the details and answered questions. The first night was great but started having issues & went into the office for assistance. A message was sent to Karen who worked with me by phone & I met with her on the 15th. Karen suggested some adjustments and also gave me some pointers. She was very helpful & patient. It was suggested that the problem may be the machine & to follow up in the office,

Navigating CPAP is much easier with the awesome customer service provided by Bob at the York branch. He genuinely cares cares about helping patients have the right equipment.
