I originally had a good experience with the company until I had fraud charges on my card that the auto pay was connected to. I contacted the company to pay by check which they wouldn't do. So I had 1.5 month without autopay. When I received my new card I immediately called to reinstate automatic payment and pay whatever was outstanding. Not even 40 days delinquent-EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM THE ISSUE WITH THE CARD..... They already sent $8.00 and change to COLLECTIONS. I paid that all off which was less than 40.00 total. I was told that everything was covered by my insurance company 100% including all the equipment. Now Im told I owe over $1000!!!
I call what appears to be a local number and get some foreign call center! Annoying IMHO.
