Horrible service and follow through. My elderly mother needed an oxygen refill, Apria said they would deliver, didn't follow through before the holiday weekend. Tried calling and after 10 minutes wait they said they could make a delivery the following week. I wish the owner of Apria HC breathed through a snorkel...I'd take the cork out to let them breath once a week. Someone else please come into this market and service the client better and run this firm over with better service.
Unable to resolve billing. Billed 3 times for the same item after the bill was PAID by my insurance. Impossible to reach anyone
When my wife first started using Apria it seemed that someone was here every other day. No one informed her that she would have automatic service once a month or the date in that month. Now she is in need of refills and they would not deliver until that date. We would have to go to a store. She is 83 on oxygen and very weak. I have a back where I can not lift. Their phone system is disrespectful and time consuming. Asking me for their locations zip code.... I am seeking out their competitor
If I could put zero stars I would. No one knows anything here. I was told yesterday that I needed to stop into their office so they could download info from my CPAP. Previously they had been able to tell me everything about my CPAP, so I do not know whey the change less than 24 hours before my appointment with my sleep doctor. When I call back, and go through an entire automated system, I get somone who tells me I have a delivery coming to my house that night at 7:30PM and that I need to be there.
