Apria is one of the worst providers I have dealt with in healthcare. My dad uses O2 supplies from them. They blocked a time sensitive O2 tank delivery stating that my dad had a delinquent invoice from Sep 2023. Its actually not Unpaid rather I was still fighting with legal given that invoice should have been fully paid by insurance as dad reached Out of Pocket Max earlier that year and didn’t owe anything. Apria did a wonderful job securing what I needed promptly and professionally. It was a pleasure using them.
Bad customer service experience I get what I need most of the time but not without struggle or condescending. Not all are like that, but majority are.
Potentially one of the worst companies to deal with I’ve ever had the misfortune to need. Here’s a story for you: Years ago, I had a CPAP machine through them and got monthly supplies. I also got a monthly bill for $50 or so. I finally called and said I wanted to cancel the supplies because I was tired of the monthly bill: “oh, you don’t pay for supplies. That’s the rental fee for your humidifier.” They had sold me a CPAP machine with attached humidifier, then proceeded to hit me with $600 a year in fees for that unit for ov... read more
