I can't say enough about the professionalism and courtesy of Patty, the respiratory therapist that I worked with at Apria. She was very knowledgeable about the equipment and spent a tremendous amount of time making sure that I understood its function and how to use it properly. She also answered every question I had (and there were a lot!) with patience and care. She told me several times to feel free to call her if I had any problems or concerns at all.
