Definitely Outsourced! Horrible Customer Service. Never had a positive experience from Apria. I only use this company because my insurance uses them.
I can't believe this company is still in business...the worst customer service of any company I have ever done business with . even the employees will tell you they do receive many complaints, never mind the long long hold times. never mind the that this machinery was already paid for, I wish I could leave a less than one star they don't deserve it. please, run with your business to another provider
I went there for a transfer bench. The front desk was helpful, but they will not take Med-i-cal only insurance. So I was unable to conduct business with them.
