I would give zero stars if it were an option. After I returned my equipment, Apria continued to charge me the monthly rental fee on my debit account FOR 6 MONTHS. A year later, they still owe me for 3 of those months. Their accounting department cannot see these over charges, yet I have the data on my bank statements. They sent me yet another bill for equipment and rental fees from 2 years ago. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in the healthcare field, which in our medical system says A LOT. I called last month to cancel autoship. They told me they had cancelled it. They did not cancel it and I was just charged for new supplies. We will see if they cancel it this time, but I am tired of their antics. Nothing but issues. Autoship issues. Billing issues. Setting up an online account issues. Issue after issue. Avoid this company like the plague. So many better options out there.
Constantly re-billing for equipment we didn’t need and accusing us of not returning same equipment. Medical issues were bad enough. Constant harassment for payments, rental fees and missing equipment are too much. Shame on Apria.
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was a new mom and my dr office suggested I use this company to get a breast pump which would be covered by my insurance. It was not covered so I was billed out of pocket, I made payments to pay off the breast pump and they claimed the charges were reversed and sent me to collections for the entire amount that was paid for!
