Excellent service!
The WORST medical company in America. They are my only option for insurance covered CPAP supplies, and they constantly send things and bill the insurance and when I order send the wrong supplies and refuse to reimburse me. I won't even use them with my insurance. I would rather pay full price from other CPAP suppliers than deal with this incompetent company.
Gabrielle is phenomenal! Very refreshing to be able to talk with a person who seems very pleasant and friendly and answered all my questions.
Terrible customer service. They say they'll call and don't. My item is now a month overdue and they have no explanation other than, "we're working on it." So typical of for profit healthcare in this country.
I was informed that my order would come from different vendors I've received part of the order a week ago. Where's the rest?
