Went my location here in Richland, WA to purchase a new filter and mouthpiece, was told it would be delivered the next day via UPS. Didn't receive it, called in to find out when it would be delivered... she originally said within 4 or 5 days, I said it was supposed to be delivered the previous day. She checked with the Richland office and told me they would monitor the order and should be delivered on Saturday. Suggestion... small items like filters and mouthpieces should be available at the local store for pick up the same ... read more

Have sleep C-PAP pump, mask, etc. Also Oxygen Generator now.
