Only gave one star because it is the lowest available. Had a delivery of my moms oxygen scheduled for 9-12. I called at 12 when they didn't show and they told me the order was changed to Monday. 30 minutes on the phone and lost of bitching... now I am waiting and they should be here by 4:30. Hopefully that actually happens. I am so �. Latest is now it will be by 9 pm, it I can’t leave because they could come earlier. This all after the same kind of things on Monday. Customer service is beyond horrible.
This company as a whole has the worst customer service proceedures I have ever seen! being told that there is a 15 minute wait to talk to the accounting department is completely unacceptable. Listening to a redundant music that is cutting out while on hold is not a calming effect at all. Our physician called in a nebulizer for our toddler at 2:00. It is now 8:08 and we will be headed to the ER soon. Apria, look forward to the bill.
