Updated 5/23/25 For further clarification: Over a chunk of days in the course of calling a few times a week for over 3 weeks: 1) Thurs - Your wheelchair will be delivered tomorrow 2) Friday - wasn’t delivered 3) Monday - where’s my wheelchair? Worst company in the world. Worst customer service. No one knows what’s going on. You get a different answer each time you call and you have to call a lot to find out what’s going on with your order. I’m still waiting for my wheelchair and am post-surgery 1 week. It was ordered 3 weeks ago. I’ve been told 3 times it will be sent tomorrow and also been told they’re waiting on authorization. Which is it? Different answer every time. Departments don’t work together. Communication within is horrible. I’m so sad I have no choice ... read more

Rude call test from a woman that consistently seemed to not want to help but rather give reasons on what went wrong and blame. My order was cancelled but instead she said there’s no order here. She didn’t volunteer to say sorry or help find the root of the problem until I asked is there any history. She didn’t offer a remedy and seemed like she was ready to end the call.
