On hold for an hour, after being transferred to another line to pay then the payment never went through. Had to call back and wait again. Both calls the person I talked to had such a heavy Indian accent I could not understand anything he said. This is a joke. I should charge you for wasting my time.
Updated 5/23/25 For further clarification: Over a chunk of days in the course of calling a few times a week for over 3 weeks: 1) Thurs - Your wheelchair will be delivered tomorrow 2) Friday - wasn’t delivered 3) Monday - where’s my wheelchair? It’s coming tomorrow. 4) Tuesday- wasn’t delivered 5) Wednesday - where’s my wheelchair? We are waiting on authorization from your insurance. Called them, had them send it over.
