Nice local staff
I continue to be astounded at the incompetence of this company. I received a bill from them after 2+ years of non-service. The bill had my name but someone else's address. After contacting Apria, the customer service rep confirmed that they had conflated someone else with the same name as me with my account. I was told that they would resolve and contact me. Good customer service. Appreciate the help and I received my supplies.
Awful company. I gave them my credit card then apparently it expired. So they sent me to collections over $24 dollars. I was furious so I called them to find out what happened. I gave them a new card then I get a letter they were going to send me to collections again over less than $20. I call yet again and they did put in my new card but someone forgot to make the new card as my primary and delete the old one. Netflix is still charging a card of mine monthly that expired 2 years ago but these people would rather add fees an... read more
The customer service ppl were cordial however, I had a time line and they did not meet that timeliness, nor did they do what was advised by my insurance company. Results: I don't have my machine 3 weeks later, it will not be covered by my insurance; another 3-5k out of my pocket.
