Awful company. I gave them my credit card then apparently it expired. So they sent me to collections over $24 dollars. I was furious so I called them to find out what happened. I gave them a new card then I get a letter they were going to send me to collections again over less than $20. I call yet again and they did put in my new card but someone forgot to make the new card as my primary and delete the old one. The customer service ppl were cordial however, I had a time line and they did not meet that timeliness, nor did they do what was advised by my insurance company. Results: I don't have my machine 3 weeks later, it will not be covered by my insurance; another 3-5k out of my pocket.
I have been harassed to no end about them picking up oxygen machine n a portable that never really worked n was replaced afew times the 3rd broken frm bottom it's been 2yrs I have tried over n over for them to pick up their machines today again I call no one answers.just the automotive system..I will join now the present lawsuit against them they should be shut down point blank

How do you people stay in business? 🤔 I've never dealt with such incompetence in all my life.
