If I could give zero stars, I would. This isn’t just about a CPAP machine, it’s about how broken our healthcare system is, and companies like Apria are the ones breaking it. I used my CPAP for a month. It didn’t work for me. I couldn’t sleep with it, and the rainout left me waking up like I was being waterboarded and suffocating. I tried changing settings, even purchasing a heated tube to try to mitigate the rainout but nothing worked. I set the machine aside, and moved on. Wonderful staff anytime you call they are ready to access any questions that you may have they are happy to demonstrate the products I will recommend them
Now I read some negative reviews about Apria in Marshfield Wisconsin. You are not speaking to the right person because it makes a huge difference. I have dealt with Mary Rellinger for many years and they don't come any more professional and knowledgeable than Mary does. I honestly can't say that for everybody that works there but this lady knows her job, does it well and never ever has messed up. I hope the apria company knows what they have in Mary because she is definitely a huge great asset to Apria.
Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Doesn’t use the correct codes to bill insurance then billing me double for payments and still haven’t received any refunds
The gentleman that brought the oxygen was polite and very informative about the equipment.
