They put my husband’s CPAP machine through the wrong insurance. We have been trying to correct this issue for A YEAR and it still hasn’t been corrected. We have NEVER dealt with a company more incompetent.

I was to have a walker and commode delivered today for a surgery tomorrow!!!!! calleed and spoke with selana c, whom said everything is on backorder. they have had this order for 2 weeks.

I was told how much it was to. rent a machine each month. Now they have quadrupled it. They lie., I have to rent and can't buy it. Absolutely no. integrity and no way to do business. Pick someone else to use.

Worse company. Refused to deliver oxygen due to a past due balance that corporate office told me not to pay.

my husband is terminally I'll with cancer. his dr ordered a portable concentrator you refused to process order till past due balance of 77.00 was paid. I paid it only to be told you still would not process due to another supposed balance of which even the rep I was speaking with could not see. to deny someone that is terminal with insurance is just beyond my understanding.
