Great customer service, the representative was very friendly and took care of my needs quickly and efficiently. Explained how my medical device worked and told me to not hesitate if I had any questions or needs to call. I would recommend to others.
Apparently they are essentially mail-order remote. Can't choose equipment models or be fitted (CPAP). Can only rent-to-own with credit card instead of buy outright. Oh, had to give credit card info over phone and STILL don't have equipment that was supposedly being sent to me.
Worst place to deal with. Sent the wrong supplies 3 months in a row!!! I either have to use 4 month old equipment that was supposed to be replaced monthly, or not use my cpap. Do not use these people!!! They will screw you tell you sorry and screw you again!!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! They do not care about the people that pay there bills!!!! Do not use Apria Healthcare!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Edit: now I am getting a bill for items that I returned. Buyer beware!!! Do not use these people!!!! You will be sorry!!!!!!!
The employees are very nice and helpful. My Cpap was hand delivered and there was appropriate followup phone care.
