Terrible customer service. Extremely poor communication. They will send supplies that are not needed and then relentlessly send bills that have already been paid.

They would get zero stars if I could. They are horrible at returning phone calls. My pulmonologist ordered oxygen for me and it took them over a week to finally deliver and set it up. I am sorry however, I have not started the Cpap machine due to several things going on. Planning to start tonight 5/23. I will send update next week after I use a few nights. Thanks.

I received my CPAP machine yesterday. It came with easy to read instructions, an option to scan the QR code an a toll free number to the Apria helpline. The app is free to download, the machine uses Bluetooth to connect to your phone and you get a tutorial on how to set up, register your machine and how to use it. Very simple and easy to get set up and to get started. After my first night of use, it cut my events in half! Better sleep = better rest. I’m happy! Thank you.
