My oxygen was delivered to my hospital room immediately upon receiving the order. I couldn't be more happier. I needed a nebulizer and went through Apria so I could have everything in one place. They have been great.
Their respiratory therapist is the absolute best. She was incredibly knowledgeable and ordered everything I needed. I appreciate that Apria mails direct to my front door. They really listen to their patients and do a great job with continued care.
Every order had wrong parts. Even when water chamber broke, they could not replace for 3+weeks...the machine doesn't work without the water chamber. It took over 10 days to get my resupply & had wrong parts. Had to be transfered 4 times & still was unable to things right.
This company has serious issues. My wife (Robin)was given a prescription for a sleep apnea machine and was told to go to Apria. They of course made us pay a large amount ($400) at first to cover our deductible and then we would be paying a certain amount every month for 10 months. That did not happen. We would get a bill for $52 dollars, be charged a different amount in our bank account. We call them and they don't even acknowledge we paid it. They tell us it takes a minute to catch up. What?
