This company has serious issues. My wife (Robin)was given a prescription for a sleep apnea machine and was told to go to Apria. They of course made us pay a large amount ($400) at first to cover our deductible and then we would be paying a certain amount every month for 10 months. That did not happen. We would get a bill for $52 dollars, be charged a different amount in our bank account. We call them and they don't even acknowledge we paid it. They tell us it takes a minute to catch up. What? WARNING!!! STAY AWAY FROM APRIA!!! Having a horrible time working with this company. Honestly I have never had a worse experience with any other company. The billing department is a nightmare. Infact, the billing department refused to let me speak to anyone in upper management or even leave a message for someone to call me. They kept speaking over me and repeatedly told me " you don't need to speak to management because they will not tell you anything different". To begin with, the location is inconvenient! The process of obtaining my cpapp equipment has not gone smoothly & I still have not received any of the prescribed cpapp equipment!
