The staff was very rude. The lady I talked to was nothing but mean and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. I was there to get my grandmother a replacement charger cord for her indogen portable oxygen because we had really bad weather and if the power went out she would need her portable charged. So if u can avoid this place and go elsewhere, id highly recommend it.
Staff is knowledgeable, professional, familiar with, and offering a variety of in-home medical equipment. Delivery/pickup of equipment available within certain areas.
Invoices without introduction, understanding, explanation or common sense. Worthless customer service. Try the CPAP Shop elsewhere!
My oxygen was delivered to my hospital room immediately upon receiving the order. I couldn't be more happier. I needed a nebulizer and went through Apria so I could have everything in one place. They have been great.
