Do Not Recommend! Received several messages at my aunt’s home, requesting delivery information. She was at a rehab in Anderson and not at home. She is being discharged to assisted living in Orland. They had old information on file for her, including her deceased mother of 15 years as her emergency contact. I called Apria and it went from delivery of a hospital bed and wheelchair to Westhaven in Orland to I had to come to their office to pick up the wheelchair. The mattress they provided had springs poking out of it. They told me 'they're all like that'. They no showed 4 appointments to pick up the bed but the robocall keeps telling me I will be subject to charges if I don't return the equipment promptly. To add insult to injury the phone tree dropps the call after 2 rings & I've only been able to reach anyone to discuss twice in the past month (after over 30 attempts). I suggest going anywhere but here.

Our RT Andy is amazing. Helps that he is always happy.. Always checking in to see if my daughter needs anything and gets it right to us when she does. Couldn't have asked for a better RT
I agree with all the other reviews on here. Long story short, I’ve had the same problems with Apria. Their voicemail is always full and unable to take a message. They cannot get anything straight regarding billing or doctors orders. Im switching to another company asap
