My elderly father received a bill from Apria Health in December of 2024 for unpaid monthly charges dating back to August 2023..It is important to note that he had never previously received monthly bills ….thus assuming Medicare insurance had been paying for his equipment rental. This company is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with!!! The only time they bothered me is when they were trying to take my bipap away from me (for almost a year). Now that the machine is mine they want me to sing their praises and finally offer to set me up with supplies, "AFTER A YEAR!!!" RUN, go to anyone else!!! Black Bear has been a God send to me!!!
