I was blatantly lied to by them and their response was, "we are sorry for your inconvenience". My husband was in the hospital and a shower chair was ordered for him by the hospital upon release. The hospital confirmed with Apria that my insurance would cover it. About a month later I got a bill from them for $85. When I called to question it they said the insurance denied it, even though I made sure it was covered prior to ordering. I then got an text threatening me with a collection. Stopped by this morning at 8:20 AM to pick up my dad's wheelchair. They have signs on every door stating that their business hours are 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday. The doors were locked, lights are off, and no one seems to be inside 20 minutes after the stated opening time. Not to mention that it took them 3 months to order a standard transport wheelchair. Absolutely ridiculous. The current 2 star review on Google is too high. I'll have to come back later in the day to pick up the wheelchair.
Apria is “TERRIBLE” on their customer service and billing!
This place is ridiculous iv ordered masks through them twice each time they send the completely wrong mask!! After explaining to them what mask i need they agree and when i get the order (by the way takes weeks) its totally different dont waste your time with them your better off buying your cpap supplies else where
