Took too long to deliver item. It wa scored by insurance and delivery person attempted to get my credit card in their file. He said this was an addition to the delivery.
Got a visit today from apria for equiptment services and replacements. Techs name was Jessie, very cool dude, very thorough and respectful. Thank you Jessie.
I was blatantly lied to by them and their response was, "we are sorry for your inconvenience". My husband was in the hospital and a shower chair was ordered for him by the hospital upon release. The hospital confirmed with Apria that my insurance would cover it. About a month later I got a bill from them for $85. When I called to question it they said the insurance denied it, even though I made sure it was covered prior to ordering. I then got an text threatening me with a collection.
