Was not able to get my walker looked at due to being so long since I got my waler from them

I walked in, was met at the entrance by a girl that took my information. Nobody was in the waiting room but me and after 30 minutes of waiting, I had to get up and find someone because it felt like they forgot about me. Customer service was terrible. Atleast when I finally got helped, the lady was very nice and helpful, otherwise I would have given only 1 star. When I called to make a payment, I got a call center from India. Took too long to deliver item. It wa scored by insurance and delivery person attempted to get my credit card in their file. He said this was an addition to the delivery.
