Worst customer service i have ever expierenced. I had questions about a bill I received for the first time ever in the 10 years I've had CPAPs as the bills dont really say anything. Lady spoke down to me like I was special needs. Asked to speak to her manager/supervisor, but of course one couldnt be found. Let me correct something. This was the main office, not the Topeka branch
Worst customer service ever run from them there are nothing more than a scam. They scammed me by letting me pay for a CPAP machine for 11 months but when I change insurance is, I have to start over and pay again for another 13 months. Sure sounds like a scam to me.
After weeks of waiting for my dad's replacement CPAP, we attempted to call this location. We tried to call several times, waiting on hold for up to 30 minutes with no answer. Finally had them send the order somewhere else and had the replacement within 2 days. Stay away from this place if you want any communication and decent service times.
A few weeks ago, my insurance provider authorized an attended sleep study with the in network provider, Apria. When I contacted Apria to make my appointment, they stated that the appointment would go through a third party, Blackstone. I was informed that it would take 1-2 days for Blackstone to get my information from Apria in order to set up the appointment. very friendly staff, Got my supplies quickly, they knew what I was telling them and got me the right stuff. Im sure glad my dr put me in touch with them.
