First off, don't give them your phone number, EVER!! I didn't know insurance wasn't paying for most of this and they send you a first notice saying it was late. This is due to slow insurance paying what little they will. They don't have the decency to even call you in person, no, their broken robo caller wont remove me from the calling even though its an option. The people here are great and very helpful. I am rating this as a 1 because of their billing department. I received their equipment and it worked well. However today I received a phone call from someone I could not understand telling me my bill was past due. I never received a bill. I called them. They told me the bill was sent out on a Saturday 10 days ago and was now considered overdue. Since that Saturday there was a federal holiday and I have received no mail for almost three days. Just read the prior review and it seems they had some sort of problem on 2/13/23. We also returned equipment on that day. Then were turned over to collections for non-payment of returned equipment. Topeka office shows it returned but the billing people say it was not. Topeka people can’t help since it’s been turned over and billing won’t answer the phone. DON’T GO THERE!
Just saw my bank statement where Apria charged me $250 for a replacement mask cushion and hose for my BiPap. Same replacement on Amazon from the OEM is 55.98. Delivered. You can rest assured that I will never order any additional products from Apria. Update: 3/6/2023: Returned the equipment week of 2/13/23 and was told that they would refund my money. To date no such refund has happened. Just terrible service. Update: 3/15/2023: Called again as I have yet to receive my refund for the returned equipment. I can not believe the... read more
