I don’t understand the negativity. This place has been so nice and helpful towards me. They let me know all cost upfront so there was no surprises. When ever I needed help they have been there to do so. I am so happy with the relationship I have with Apria.
This company prioritizes profits over patient care. I was put on oxygen. They asked me if I would want a humidifier to help with my nose getting painfully dry, and I told them yes. They said I would have it Wednesday. Friday I called because I hadn’t received it yet. They said it was mailed on Wednesday…the day I was to receive it. Very nice people. From the phone call to getting an appointment with a Respiratory Therapist. Very helpful and worked me in as soon as they could.
They never contacted me about my supply needs or sent an email about shipping eta like what was promised. You're on your own when using this company
