They take money out of our account with no notice twice they have taken around $300 out. Never got a bill.
I've had a great experience with Apria and everyone is so helpful and kind I wish that all medical care facilities were this good but since 2020 good medical care is hard to get especially for senior citizens!
I have been waiting for my supplies since April have received 2 mailings but both were the wrong merchandise.
The hospital had misinformed me about their service, but they were very to the point and very nice about it.
Insurance denied me for a device, and they are somewhat expensive. STEVE became involved, and he met with my Dr. to get it straightened out. Everyone here has been exceptional, and I would suppose any negative reviews are authored by folks who are never satisfied anyway. God bless this place, and especially STEVE!
