I had to contact on the weekend regarding a problem with the concentrator. AFTER I was verbally attacked for calling on the weekend I received accountable customer service. There is no one that answers the phone, they apparently use a call center. OK if you don't need customer service.
This is the worst company ever! Waited 2 weeks for oxygen to be delivered and we are still getting the run around. The company can't even provide a portable tank to go out with. Customer service is horrible always get the run around.
