A nice friendly employee came out to my car took my info and couldn't find my order. He came back out with my order processed and ready to be signed. Another employee had followed him out with my equipment already built and placed it in my trunk. It was a pleasant experience.
If I could give no stars I would. The service at the local Lancaster office has been consistently unacceptable. I cannot imagine an elderly person being able to navigate these repeated issues on their own. I have had to call numerous times—approximately 15—to update records, yet incorrect phone numbers remain in the system & they continue to call the incorrect numbers.
