My mom's doctor ordered a hospital bed and wheelchair for her after she broke her hip and returned from the hospital. Today, I went into this establishment to get a medical devise that i needed badly due to over several debilitating illnesses in my b spine. A average height slender woman with a blond Bob greeted me from the back. She was very hesitant about the medical papers I provided. I gave her my insurance information and told her if she needed a copy she could take pictures of those. Honestly I feel practically robbed by this place. I went through a different company for a home sleep study who said I have sleep apnea, I then go to my primary care physician who says I’ll put in a request for services through my insurance and they will reach out to you to discuss your options.
