******UPDATED 6/3/2026 - After leaving this review I had someone from Apria reach out to me. I finally got a CPAP last week (1 month later) but it is not the CPAP I ordered. I sure wish i would have read reviews before I attempted to purchase my device from them. I order may device last month, 30 days ago and still have not received it. I was told I would receive a call back 2 weeks ago when i called to check the status, no call back. I have been on the line with someone this morning and disconnected with no call back, called again and was transferred, then transferred again. STILL NO DEVICE - over $1000 with nothing to show for it.
SHEDULED A PICK UP THE DRIVER NEVER CALLED ME WENT TO MY LEASING OFFICE THROWING PAPERWORK WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION I GUESS HIPPA IS NOT A THING ANYMORE, THEN LEFT AS I WAS ON MY WAY WITHOUT NOTICE AND NEVER CAME BACK.
