Final Response: After giving my info for contact the rep called and had my new machine and supplies ready! I went to the OKC branch the next day and was treated very well. The staff was very informative and listened very well to any requests that I had. Thank you team at Apria for your prompt reply and friendly service! Be warned... terrible service. Be warned... terrible service. I'm a new customer. Dr ordered a Bi-PAP. Service agreement said they were going to send a CPAP with supplies to fit an older machine I currently have. Called Apria...rep I spoke with was very friendly and tried to sort things out with OKC branch. It's been over 2 weeks since the original phone call. Still no Bi-PAP.
