Nicholas is the best employee there ! He made my mom feel so comfortable and showed her how to properly use it. His communication was a1 I want him to serve my mother each time

I sure wish i would have read reviews before I attempted to purchase my device from them. I order may device last month, 30 days ago and still have not received it. I was told I would receive a call back 2 weeks ago when i called to check the status, no call back. I have been on the line with someone this morning and disconnected with no call back, called again and was transferred, then transferred again. STILL NO DEVICE - over $1000 with nothing to show for it.
