Sydney, who helped me on the phone was awesome! She was patient and listened to my questions, since I am new to this medical hardware stuff and answered in a way that was informative and educational. She went above and beyond and was so kind and considerate even though I was unsure of my prescription and needs.
Apria healthcare is a fantastic place to go to if you’re just starting out and are prescribed to wear a c-pap machine. I had the pleasure of working with Ruth and she answered absolutely every single question that I could think of. She followed up with a phone call weeks later strictly asking if there was anything that she could do and how the c-pap machine was working. Definitely recommend these helpful nurses.
I rely on my Cpap eminsley and mine malfunctioned. I came into the OKC branch for help and delt with Terri Quinn. She was great. She knows the product and was able to put me at easy. I can't begin to tell you how much this kind of service means to me.
Today my mother who is disabled and homebound called apria AGAIN after having issues with yet another oxygen concentrator and the tank filler that goes on top of the concentrator. Yesterday when the tech was out he said that the concentrator was putting out low oxygen and he would replace it.
