More comfortable mask.
In a recent road trip, I needed to supplement my liquid oxygen with oxygen tanks. These needed to be exchanged at various Apria offices in different states across the route. The process of opening an account at each office could probably be streamlined, but once we go the hang of the process, it went smoothly and Apria personnel were always helpful.
Eric was very helpful and he listened very well and answered all of my questions.
Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but the Employee that I met with this morning made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He sat me down in his office and shut the door, sat very close to me and talked very fast and was moving his hands around a lot, and He seemed agitated. I left without my CPAP today because I felt unsafe. Apria Healthcare, or whoever is the manager, needs to drug test this Employee because he seemed off.
