My sleep lab MD placed an order for a CPAP machine with Apria. After not hearing anything for 2 months, my sleep lab said I needed to call Apria. I tried twice (Nov 9, Nov 20) - they did not return my calls. Each call, I waited 15 minutes on hold, then was referred to voice mail. They don't care about the health and safety of their patients, just whether it makes financial sense. They are unwilling to allow insurance companies to buy CPAP machines but will sell them out-of-pocket on ApriaDirect.com.
I had dealt with Apria in Lexington, Ohio location since 2010. I dropped off a script in September 2020 and was told I would receive my cpap in the mail in about ten days. I returned in December and was told order has been done, called today and was told there is no record. Spoke with Tammy who acted like she could care less and there was no script in my file. DONE! Most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with!
Save your time (and money) and find another local business to provide your medical equipment needs. I'll pay someone else more to not have to deal with this company. Would have given zero stars but it required at least one to post my review. Too many issues in my efforts to deal with them to list in this review.
