Our experience with Apria Healthcare was miserable. We were routed through their "virtual" customer service. They treated us like we were stupid and leveraged our situation to use their service because it was after hours, doctor prescribed and insisted we sign docs at delivery which contained no prices or duration info. They refused to remove their equipment without a Rx, though our need was for one night only and billed us for a month.
