Several years ago I got my cpap and supplies from them. Receptionist was always rude and unfriendly. I was told exactly what they needed my dr to put in writing for something and then after appt with dr took letter in and then told was not what they needed. Very frustrating and owner rude too. I switched and now use Home Healthcare on beltline where staff is friendly and helpful . Sounds like they have the same rude owners working there
