Excellent selection of equipment and extremely helpful staff. Great follow up after delivery and options for sleep consultants to help you out. The Direct Store is fantastic and easy to leverage existing scripts. All around, fantastic experience.
APRIA, is extremely hard to work with. I’m on a hardship waver bc I have no money. I live soly on SSI. Instead of working with me they ruined my credit rating by sending 22$ bill to their creditor. I have a bill of 256.00$ They never even called me to work out some kind of a payment plan. Very deceitful company!
