Hands down worse experience I’ve had with a CPAP company. Started billing my insurance early when I did not received the device. Also requested for a mask change and no one has got back to me in over a week.
Another group of drooling mouth breathers masquerading as professionals. It's easier to pay out of pocket for CPAP resupplies than deal with this nonsense. They sent me the wrong mask, a bunch of wrong cushions, all in the wrong size, and getting it corrected...well, we don't say the words you'd use to describe the experience. Might sue, because NH small claims is cheap and fun.
To get in the front door of the business you have to call someone who isn't even there. They tell you to check the door and just go in If it is open????
