Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone. Spent 50 minutes on hold...
They are trying to charge me for supplies I didn't order. I have called several times with no answers, cant understand anyone I speak to. They all say something different. I got new insurance as of January of this year, so December 25 I ordered everything I could get. Now they are charging me new insurance company for supplies I never ordered. Something is terribly wrong with billing and no one calls me back. Disgusted with Apria. Also very expensive
This is a company that is trying to take over first place for custom service. I am on Medicare and a supplement and I just got a bill for $17 and change. I have had a cpap for a couple of years. My deductible was met at the beginning of 2025. I should not even get a bill. I called and spoke to someone far away. He just said they were “off shore”. I told him I was billed $17. +. I told him no one is getting g a penny. He put me on hold to check my acct. he came back and said the bill would be $3 +. I said if was 10 cents they... read more
