I am new to APRIA HEALTHCARE and ordering new C-pap supplies for the first time from this company. I am very disappointed by the poor service, the confusion between the departments, and the inaccurate notes associates wrote each time I called to ask for help. Were they trying to cover up for their mistakes, I just don't know. I was so happy with the service I recieved from apria. I went to the facility in manchester where you can see masks and head gear and the person that fits them was not there but the receptionist was so helpful and pleasant. With health care being so crazy right now it was so nice to deal with her. Thank you
