Every single time my doctor places an order for me for my CPAP needs, Apria gives me trouble. I get calls that they need something, I try to call back and no one answers during biz hours, or, the people I do end up taking to can't find my name or have misspelled it. Who is running this clown show?
This business is absolutely terrible to deal with. I'm a nurse in a medical doctor's office. I had to make several phone calls to try to get a cane ordered for a patient. I spoke with "jenny" and she was clueless. Terrible customer service!!! Find another company to use if at all possible.
This place is the true definition of horrific customer service, the worst I've ever experienced. If you have a choice, choose elsewhere or you'll find out what I mean.
