I have dealt with LinCare and Adapt Health. They were both terrible to deal with. I am a nurse and was appalled at the frustrations I had with both of them. Apria was easy and a much appreciated interaction. Thank you for caring and communicating. You got my business and I will share my positive interaction with others.
Choose a different supply company. Seriously. At this point I’ve never gotten an order with the correct supplies, and when the supplies do come, they’re weeks late anyway. At this point I’m having to use supplies that are months past when they should have been replaced. They’ll call you from 5 different numbers and 3 different emails all intermingling Apria Health and Apria Direct, to try to trip you up into placing orders that don’t go through your insurance.
