They keep mailing you supplies that you never order, even after you tell them repeatedly not to. They fraudulently bill you and your insurance company for unwanted snd unnecessary supplies. Never use this company. NEVER!
10 days in a row I called to have my breathing unit picked up. (855)613-8306. EVERY TIME I CALLED i was put on hold 20-40 minutes before I finally hung up with no results. I finally called the unit service number on the machine and they scheduled me to have my equipment picked up on Friday 1-29 between noon and 4:00 pm. At 4:35 no one still showed up. I called the number and they said they were behind by about 4 hours. which meant I had to sit and wait ANOTHER 4 hours. A true professional business would have had the courtesy... read more
