Much like many of the people in other reviews, I had a hip surgery LAST YEAR IN JULY and was unable to walk. My provider gave me their number but they not once specified I had to return the wheelchair I was using. I was able to walk again by early September, but received my first billing call from them in February for a $400 charge. As of 3/1/22 I’ve called 18 times to have 2 empty oxygen tanks and a concentrator picked up since 1/25/22. APRIA has a doctor’s discharge letter in its possession but there is no way to contact a human to get this equipment picked up, billing stopped or any coordination of the same. This company has no customer services available or operational phone systems as no one returns calls either. Someone out there needs this equipment.
