STAY AWAY They suck, gave them my new address they never updated my address, packaged was delayed. Called Daytona office, they never pick up phone on hold twice for over 10 minutes, finally gave up...

I have been waiting three days for the order for oxygen for my husband to be transferred from St. Louis, where he was hospitalized for three days at xmas , when we arrived back to Florida I called in on a daily basis. I finally reached someone on Monday, it is now Thursday after business close and I still have not received a call back for delivery times. I have been an Apria client for almost 10 years, and I am giving up on them.! Getting good head gear has been a mess. They also sent WAY too many support supplies to me on the automatic system, (I clean my stuff often and well).so I cancelled to automatic delivery. I have a big box full now. The last time I ordered a mask, they sent the wrong one, then supplies that didn't fit. They are the worse in customer service, providers, timely delivery, phone service. Every time I call they keep me on hold for over an hour so I never get to talk to anyone. Their supply delivery is absolutely ridiculous they never deliver. I have a new C-Pap machine and have been trying to get the accessories delivered so I can start using it and they never deliver so I’m unable to use the machine. I’m up most of the night because I’m afraid to stop breathing during the night. The worse healthcare company.

Bad reviews from 8 years ago and they are still terrible! How are health care facilities still using this company? I have gone for several days without oxygen a couple of times and the didn’t give a crap! Their automatic payment system apparently didn’t update correctly and now I’m supposed to make a $600 payment, or pay a monthly payment on top of what they already charge me every month. The only things that they have that are good are the gentleman who works at their building and there delivery person, Eric.

Absolutely the WORST customer service! Nothing but a billing nightmare. Have talked to over 10 people since January and my issues are still not resolved. One person says I'm getting refund in 5-7 days that never happens. Next person says I dont have insurance on my account, have had the same insurance for 35 years. APRIA is horrible!!!! If you can get a product at any other place, PLEASE do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere!!!!!

I am elderly, disabled, and fat—and then I started having major problems with my breathing. I confuse easily, too. Apria delivered my equipment within two days, and Brandi Basko stayed (ON HER OWN TIME) to teach me how to use the system. I'm already breathing more easily, and I'm SO GRATEFUL!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH APRIA especially the Murfreesboro, TN location or company at all...full stop. My prescription was sent to this company without my permission and it has been nothing but a nightmare of incompetence for over a month. First it was we need the doctor to prescribe which specific DME unit I could have. Doctor does it. Another week goes by, I call Apria Murfreesboro, TN and talk to Brenda - truly the dumbest human, they say well, I will send you the form to sign. I would strongly urge anyone that has Apria pick up their equipment to make sure you have their representative sign a receipt for pickup since they don't offer one. After picking up all our three pieces of equipment they later claimed they only got two. I've had three phone calls with Apria with long hold periods and two different representatives admitting that they located the missing piece of equipment.
