Apria has been the most difficult company I have had the displeasure of working with. I received a prescription from my doctor for a travel C-Pap. After the prescription was rejected by my normal provider of healthcare equipment, I was redirected to Apria by my insurance provider UMR. My Doctor sent the prescription to the local Apria in Marshfield, WI. I received a call from Wendy at the local branch of Apria and was informed that I would have to pay out of pocket for the equipment as it was considered a "luxury item". ... read more

I would give a minus 5 if possible. The worst company to deal with. price gouging is the worst. poor customer service. Many runarounds. Do not do business with this company ever.

cheating causes a lot of pain that might be very difficult to handle emotionally, if you don't know of what is really going with your partner when you are not together. that's why i hired a private ethical investigator referred to me by my childhood friend ,who helped me hack my fiance phone, i was able to discover that she is cheating on me with her colleague at work. Horrible horrible company.... they lie and say the never got an order . Then when the miraculously find it you won't get it for months . Then they don't set up shit tell you a respiratory therapist will assist you ... well I waited two months and I called every week to get the same lame response. If I could give this company a zero, that's what Apria Healthcare deserves—one of the worst healthcare companies on the planet. I've been trying to get a CPAP since April 3, 2023. My doctor's office faxed several prescriptions, and I've also called in, and every time I speak with their reps at the branch, I am told that no fax was received. When I called another time, I was told I was in the system, but some information needed to be included. I have been calling and placed on hold for over 5 hours trying to order an oxygen refill tank. As of hour 6 I still have had anyone answer medical refill calls. This absolutely dangers for the patients as my husband needs the oxygen tank.

Yes they don't care waiting 9 month to get a new machine I make an appointment to pickup a machine and when I got there Iwas there in the curve pickup spot they never answer the phone I decide to inside and they can not find my after 15 minutes waiting finally found my name and after they told me that machine was placed the order and come from Kansas City they did not have equipment there and al they said was I'm sorry. it is horrible customer service I to have another company to change.

If I had the option of giving them 0 stars, I would. I have been trying to get them to process a refund for 2 months. Everytime I call their call center, it is like groundhog day all over again. This company is very sketchy.

So far my experience has been horrible with this company and their customer service I have been waiting for almost 3 days for someone to call me back after it takes me 10 to 15 mins to get thru to a live operator
