I found this company totally unreliable. My doctor had prescribed a hospital bed, for over a month I called the company at least eight times and was told different reasons for the delay in delivery. At the end the insurance company representative found out that my order had not been processed because of missing information. No one had taken the trouble to find that information or inform me truthfully what was missing in the order. This delay was irresponsible.
