i have a cpap which i believe needs adjusted. I am told to call the respiratory people, the care team, which I do and nobody ever returns the call It’s very frustrating when I could potentially sleep if i got a proper fitting mask
Apria was quick in providing the correct attachments for my machine. It was sent as soon as approval from insurance and I received it in a sooner time frame than was predicted.
After the order was placed, everything was quickly delivered by a representative and how to use the oxygen was thoroughly explained. Very satisfied!
Apria is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I can't even comprehend how they are still in business. From the first CPAP my husband received in 2020 it has been nothing but issues. Their billing is a complete joke. It is never correct and you'll get different answers from every person you speak to. You have to "rent" the machine for so many months before it is put through insurance but no one can explain that to me in more detail.
