Apria was quick in providing the correct attachments for my machine. It was sent as soon as approval from insurance and I received it in a sooner time frame than was predicted.
After the order was placed, everything was quickly delivered by a representative and how to use the oxygen was thoroughly explained. Very satisfied!
Apria is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I can't even comprehend how they are still in business. From the first CPAP my husband received in 2020 it has been nothing but issues. Their billing is a complete joke. It is never correct and you'll get different answers from every person you speak to. You have to "rent" the machine for so many months before it is put through insurance but no one can explain that to me in more detail. I first called on April 24th asking to get fitted for a full-face mask for my CPAP. The representative said that the RT would call me to get this scheduled. After not receiving a call from the RT, I called again on May 6th; that representative said I would receive a call that day or the next at the very latest. Still, I did not receive a call. Apria Omaha office is wonderful ,they go above and beyond to help there clients, Derrick even came out on his day off . I wouldn't go anywhere else .I can't say enough how many times they have helped in a emergency.Thank you Apria,you should be so proud of what you do .
